Finally holiday time, finally time for a relaxing trip to the fitness room. And when it turns out to be as bright, welcoming and spacious as it is here in Torghele’s, then nothing stands in the way of an activity programme that gets you working up a sweat. Except for your own willpower – but then that's a whole other story. Maybe you'll get some motivation to do a training session in the garden, just outside the 'Active Room'. We have sports equipment by Matrix and Technogym as well as Kinesis, a rowing machine, cross-trainer available for your own training sessions and there is also our group cycle ride.
